As the Nations’ Leader in People Management, the CIPM Research Centre will address research gaps at organizational, industrial, national and regional interest in the field of Human Resource Management, thereby becoming the preferred research partner. Income generated from such research will be utilized for improvement of research culture of the institute.
The CIPM Research Centre is established to fulfil the long felt need of creating a research culture among all members and students. Towards this direction, in addition to PhD grant of Rs.2 M per annum, a further research grant of Rs.1.5 M per annum is offered to members of all categories to encourage and motivate being involved in research, publications and conference proceedings.
HRM Perspectives is a peer reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Research & Publication Committee of CIPM. The prime aim of the journal is to promote research work of membership whilst showcasing scholarly articles of international researchers.
Members and Students are invited to make use of this platform to publish their research.
The CIPM Research Symposium (CIPMRS) is organized to disseminate research and development findings of the students, membership, academia, researchers, industrialists, government and non-government officials and international researchers. The Research Symposium will provide an opportunity to develop and compile publications to make them accessible, transparent, lucid and defendable. This provides great opportunity to present these findings to an appreciative audience, while benefiting each and every participant with invaluable information.
