As the Nations’ Leader in People Management, the CIPM Research Centre will address research gaps at organizational, industrial, national and regional interest in the field of Human Resource Management, thereby becoming the preferred research partner. Income generated from such research will be utilized for improvement of research culture of the institute.
The CIPM Research Centre is established to fulfil the long felt need of creating a research culture among all members and students. Towards this direction, in addition to PhD grant of Rs.2 M per annum, a further research grant of Rs.1.5 M per annum is offered to members of all categories to encourage and motivate being involved in research, publications and conference proceedings.
HRM Perspectives is a peer reviewed journal published bi-annually by the Research & Publication Committee of CIPM. The prime aim of the journal is to promote research work of membership whilst showcasing scholarly articles of international researchers.
