The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) is the main professional body in UK to accredit and award professional human resources (HR) qualifications. CIPM: An Approved Centre of CIPD

CIPM’s chartered qualification in HRM (CQHRM) has been accredited by CIPD UK and now CIPM Sri Lanka is a CIPD Approved Centre.

Eligibility Criteria

- Those who have enrolled for the CQHRM Final level.

Registration Process

Investment – LKR 35,000 (£90)

CIPD verifies the student information uploaded to the CIPD registration portal and notifies the student regarding membership details.

Students are required to settle the student membership fee directly to CIPD.

e). CIPD Conferences – Members will have the opportunity to attend CIPD Conferences at a reduced fee

f). Online Communities - Members will have access to the CIPD Community forum and will be able to join discussion groups including career clinics, Employment Law Policies and Procedures, Work Dilemmas in conference.
