Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD)

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) is the main professional body in UK to accredit and award professional human resources (HR) qualifications. The CIPD's qualifications are the recognized professional standard for HR and training specialists working across the UK's public, private and charity sectors. CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is an independent professional body committed to improving working lives by providing the best guidance and training for those working in HR (Human Resources) or L&D (Learning and Development) roles.

CIPM: An Approved Centre of CIPD

CIPM’s chartered qualification in HRM (CQHRM) has been accredited by CIPD UK and now CIPM Sri Lanka is a CIPD Approved Centre.

  • Eligibility Criteria

    • Those who have enrolled for the CQHRM Final level.

  • Registration Process

  • Investment – LKR 35,000 (£90)

CIPD verifies the student information uploaded to the CIPD registration portal and notifies the student regarding membership details.

Students are required to settle the student membership fee directly to CIPD.

d). People Management - Receive regular copies of our award-winning magazine, People Management, helping you stay connected

 

e). CIPD Conferences – Members will have the opportunity to attend CIPD Conferences at a reduced fee

 

f). Online Communities - Members will have access to the CIPD Community forum and will be able to join discussion groups including career clinics, Employment Law Policies and Procedures, Work Dilemmas in conference.

Upon receiving the student confirmation to register for a CIPD accredited programme, an automated invoice will be shared by CIPM.
