QUALIFICATION FOR ADMISSION

You may apply through any of the following pathways:

  • Certificate in HRM / L&D by CIPM or an equivalent institution
  • Recognized undergraduate or professional qualification
  • G.C.E. A/L with 1+ year of executive-level experience
  • G.C.E. O/L with 5+ years of executive-level experience
  • Managerial or supervisory experience with a people development focus
  • Professionals from diverse industries (Education, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public, Banking & Finance, IT, FMCG, Consulting & Hospitality)
