Hotel Professional Foundation / CIPM FOUNDATION COURSE in Human Resources Management

Students will acquire the basic skills required to be operational in a hotel environment as well as gain a better understanding of the basic building blocks of human resource management practices. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during a 6-month apprenticeship experience.

Hotel Professional Intermediate / CIPM ADVANCED CERTIFICATE in Human Resources Management

Having acquired the skills to operate independently in a hotel environment, students will acquire the competencies to work in different operational settings. They will also obtain the essential knowledge and techniques required for people management within the field of hospitality. The skills learned will be reinforced and applied during a 6month apprenticeship experience

LEVEL 1
