Welcome to the 7th CIPM International Research Symposium 2023

About Us

The 7th International CIPM Research Symposium provides a unique forum for HR practitioners, researchers, faculty, and students to present their scholarly contributions on contemporary HR issues with the aim of disseminating and recognizing their research findings. The theme of this year’s symposium, ‘Transforming the Future of Work’, focuses on the effectiveness of HRM practices in the performance of private, public, and NGO sector organizations locally and internationally.

Symposium will be Online. Manuscripts will be published as symposium proceedings with ISBN number. Best paper and presenter will be selected from each track.

Important Dates

  • Deadline for Paper Submission –28th February 2023
  • Notification of Acceptance – 15th March 2023
  • Deadline to submit final version of papers – 31st March 2023
  • Registration Deadline – 10th May 2023

Opportunities for Publication

  • Please submit your research paper (2500 to 3500 words approx.) in English. Manuscripts must be double spaced, Times New Roman font, 12 point, APA Style for referencing, paper size A4 in MS Word format.
  • Manuscripts will be published as symposium proceedings with ISBN number
  • Case studies will be published as a printed book with ISBN number
  • Best paper and presenter will be selected from each track
  • Participants will be awarded a certificate
