Welcome to the 8th CIPM International Research Symposium 2024

About Us

The 8th International CIPM Research Symposium provides a unique forum for HR practitioners, researchers, faculty, and students to present their scholarly contributions on contemporary HR issues with the aim of disseminating and recognizing their research findings. The theme of this year’s symposium, ‘Transforming the Future of Work’, focuses on the effectiveness of HRM practices in the performance of private, public, and NGO sector organizations locally and internationally.

Symposium will be hybrid. Manuscripts will be published as symposium proceedings with ISBN number. Best paper and presenter will be selected from each track.

  • Deadline for Full Papers/case study submission –15th January 2024
  • Notification of Acceptance – 28th February 2024
  • Final version of papers/case studies - 31st March 2024
  • Registrations – 17th April 2024 – 01st May 2024
  • Symposium Date – 31st May 2024

Opportunities for Publication

  • Please submit your research paper (6000 to 7000 words approx.) OR industry case studies (2000 to 3000 words approx.) in English. Manuscripts must be double spaced, Times New Roman font, 12 point, APA Style for referencing, paper size A4 in MS Word format.
  • Research papers and industry case studies will be published as symposium proceedings with ISBN number
  • Selected papers will be published in Journal of HRM Perspectives
  • Best paper and presenter will be selected from each track
