This Diploma course in Industrial Relations and Employment Law will provide participants with broad knowledge on applications of Industrial Relations in an organization and how to improve employer/employee relations. The course also provides knowledge on employment law in the Sri Lankan context with special emphasis on legislative enactments and the practical side of enforcing Labour laws in organizations. Participants will benefit immensely by increasing their knowledge and deeply understanding the practice of Industrial relations and Employment Law.

WHO SHOULD ENROLL

HR Practitioners or other professionals at Executive Level, Managerial level and Line managers who are desirous to gain comprehensive practical knowledge of applying Industrial relation practices and Sri Lankan labour law in their organizations.
