That is to be guiding forces in developing the global people profession through creating a community of universally trusted and valued people professionals.
The formal agreement between CIPM Sri Lanka and CIPD UK was ceremonially signed on 12th October 2021 virtually by Mr. Jayantha Amarasinghe, President – CIPM SL and Ms Victoria Winkler, Director Professional Development – CIPD UK with the participation of representatives from CIPD UK, Council Members of CIPM SL and CEO & Managerial staff of CIPM SL.
