The Consultancy, Research & Corporate Training Unit of CIPM successfully conducted one-day workshop “A Practical Approach to Performance Management” for employees at executive level to top management level of many leading organizations.
Performance appraisals are just one piece of the talent management puzzle. In order to build an empowered and skilled workforce, companies need do more than audit employee achievements. This one-day program delivered a practical approach to understand individual/team performance management, modern performance management models and techniques to create a workplace where members of an organization continuously strive for performance improvement.
